The ACE exchange recently revealed in an announcement that it will change its company name, and there are reports indicating that the exchange has been acquired by a new team.
On Wednesday, the ACE exchange issued a system maintenance announcement, stating that the platform will undergo deposit system maintenance from October 2 at 17:00 to October 7 at 17:00, which will affect fiat currency deposits. The announcement mentioned that this maintenance is "in response to the company's name change and system upgrade operations."
Sources revealed that the ACE exchange has been acquired by a new team, but details about the buyer have not yet been disclosed, and more information may be announced next week.

In April of this year, ACE exchange founders Pan Yizhang, lawyer Wang Chenhuan, Lin Genghong, and others were prosecuted by the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for allegedly deceiving victims into investing in non-liquid virtual currencies, profiting nearly 800 million New Taiwan dollars. Additionally, the Financial Supervisory Commission stated in July that during a special inspection in November of last year to prevent money laundering and combat terrorism financing, multiple deficiencies were found at the ACE exchange, resulting in a fine of 1.52 million New Taiwan dollars.
